This Scholarship goes to those students who have shown outstanding interest in understanding the need to care for the animals and how that relates to the relationships around them;
to love them, to lead them, to teach them, to stand up for them, to fight for them, to keep them safe.

FORMATION OF THE SCHOLARSHIP:
Grade School: $200. for 4 lessons, $25 Tractor Supply Gift Cert & $25 cash
Middle School: $250. for 5 lessons + $50. Tractor Supply G
SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION:
ALL LEVELS: Must show attendance consistently throughout the 2024/25 school year. High School Levels must participate in a minimum of 8 service hours at Horseplay YOUTH.

MIDDLE SCHOOL: 5 paragraph essay describing the benefits of grooming and leading a horse, the history of the horse & 3 points of garden knowledge. The essay should also outline what the student would like to learn from the equestrian lessons.
“Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them"
HIGH SCHOOL: This scholarship includes, equestrian, welding, building & repair, and tractoring lessons. Students can choose what they like. Please provide an essay outlining the lessons of choice, including how this education will help them with future endeavors.
